Advice and Support

Additional support at home

During your visits, our carers will always go above and beyond to meet expectations. But, what if there's something you wish to do that requires more time?

Our care assistants are always on hand to assist you in going on a day out, to an appointment, out to the shops or a one off cleaning call.

Fire Safety Assessments

It is always advised to carry out risk assessments and ensure you'll be safe in case of an emergency, but if you are a vulnerable individual, it can be increasingly difficult to ensure fire risks are kept low and that you'd be able to safely escape.

Check out our fire safety page and use the online home safety fire check tool to find out how at risk your home is and how to reduce this.
