During your visits, our carers will always go above and beyond to meet expectations. But, what if there's something you wish to do that requires more time?


Our care assistants are always on hand to assist you in going on a day out, to an appointment, out to the shops or a one off cleaning call.

Fire Safety Assessments

It is always advised to carry out risk assessments and ensure you'll be safe in case of an emergency, but if you are disabled or have a mental illness for example, it can be increasingly difficult to ensure fires do not start and if so, that you'd be able to safely escape.

  • What are your business hours?

    Our office hours are 09:30 - 17:00. Our carers provide care on the road from 07:00 - 22:00. 

  • Are your Care Assistants fully trained?

    All of our Care Assistants are fully trained and have passed a DBS before being able to work. 

  • How can I make a compliment, complaint or address a concern?

  • Are you a care home?

    No, we specialise in domicilliary care which means we visit our clients each day and assist them in the comfort of their own homes. 

  • How will I pay for my care?

    There are various ways you may pay for your care. You may be eligible for local authority or NHS funding depending on you and your situation. Otherwise, you would self fund the cost of your care.

  • Where are you based?

    We are based in Stockport and base all our operations in our local area. We provide care in Hazel Grove, Romiley, Offerton, High Lane, Bredbury, Bramhall, Cheadle, Cheadle Hulme, Davenport and Heaviley.   

  • What happens if my needs change?

    We understand that needs and wants may change over time. We review our care plans regularly to ensure everyone's care package is personalised and up to date.
